I believe that with Avedon and Newton, Arthur Elgort inspired me the most for whatever is photography.
A true sense of natural composition combined with the innatural sense of style.
Images like the one I publish today are out of date, but so much inside the term “photography”.
I have like 5 books by Elgort and every now and then I pick up one of them right in the middle of a night, I turn my fireplace on and with the right glass of wine I can live that book.
Because the most fascinating experience a visual maker can make is to “jump inside the story no matter the timeline”.
If you can do it with your mind, you are not a dreamer, you are a believer…
