Many of you ask me where to start from…
What is the best way to start with photography?
In today’s world we have a lot of choices, we have the web and a lot of pretty cool lessons online.
But if you really wanna know about photography a little more, you need to have, every time that you can, a printed book in your hands.
And after that you need to let yourself be attracted by the book itself.
Just flip the pages and enjoy. Let be inspired.
Then if you can, find out more about the book, the author, the techs he/she used to do it. The way he/she worked to take those images.
No matter if it was analog or digital, in the 80s or in 2020, you have to feel the need to know more.
A great book to start, one of my favs that I still use to flip on my legs is the 400 photographs by Ansel Adams. It’s a full immersion swim in the world of photography. Because I wanna tell you a secret: there’s no analog or digital, there’s only photography.
