Because we are born in the same world but we have different minds.
And a few of those minds are pure and unlimited genius like Pablo Picasso.
In 1949 the Time magazine sent a very talented photographer, Gjon Mili to photograph Picasso in the South of France.
The photographer showed Picasso some of his photographs of ice skaters with tiny lights attached to their skates, jumping in the dark… and they didn’t know that they were almost ready to create a living legend of drawings made by artificial light.
At the beginning Picasso gave Mili only 15 minutes as a test, but when he saw the results they made 5 more photo sessions with drawings of centaurs, bulls, Greek profiles and signature.
The series are something that identifies the purest visual definition of inspiration.
Before that day, who was even just thinking of drawing something with the light would have been considered like a disturbed person.
Well, after that day, one of the most creative minds of the last century showed the world that maybe to change things, to go over the limits and to recognize that any limit kills the creativity, well maybe you must be disturbed, if all of the “normal ones” can’t see over the limits.
