If there was a place to be in the 90s, that place was Beverly Hills. Or at least for the people working in the creative business. It was like living in the future. Everybody was running faster than anyone in Europe. Well, Milan and the fashion industry was collapsing already and it was the perfect time to change.
I met the right people in the right moment and that changed my life forever.
Since that period of my life I’ve been back like million of times in LA and it’s always been my second home.
I have my best friends there and still a huge part of my job. Because of this pandemic I didn’t see all of them (not counting the video calls) in the last 12 months and I miss ’em all.
I miss the place, the city, the beach, the ocean and Malibu ????. I miss the jogging in Santa Monica and the coffee at Starbucks on Sunset.
I know this could sound like stupid. But if you lived in LA in the 90s, it’s like if something will never be the same in your life. That soul and that feeling will never go away from you.
That’s why I’m so LA addicted.
